This Saturday...2.30 start. There are some road works on the road up to Sutton. The first portion of Byron's Lane is closed, but there is a diversion that's well signed. If you're coming through Macc, pass the usual turn and the football ground. Shortly after, there is a petrol station on the right...turn left and follow diversion signs.

Registration to open at one...sheepdog trials will be in progress for the entertainment of non runners and there are the usual refreshments on hand.

Great race, did it a couple of years ago in pretty scorching weather.

Also good entertainment food/drink afterwards.

Thanks for the reminder, Simon. It's a Pennine club champs race this year, so there may be a few of us there. I'm looking forward to it, it's a few years since I did this one.
