He has a little brother who thinks he can run as far and fast as him. He is getting enough pressure of his bro, you yep you could be right, they both might end up in London:- even if they just race each other all the way there!!

I had my son running up and down hills on friday - my god it was amazing to watch to be honest he just kept on going and with no istruction whatsoever shortened his stride on the uphill, shoulders relaxed, arms swinging all text book stuff and barely out of breath. Downhill he just went for it!

i've seen some some somewhere though I'm sure - definatley junior fell shoes on the market as saw plenty on the little uns at sedburgh - i'll have a look

Emmilou has your fellrunner been in any junior races this summer? My Orb was racing at coniston sport school week. he was knackered out every night. it was ace for us. he came straight home, had his tea and flaked out wittering on abot all his sport antics.
I recon junior races is where its at for him from now on. it is a sure way of getting him to bed early !!
