So with Langdale Horseshoe the FF season has ended. With last-minute drama at the top of all 3 leagues!

Teams above the 'promotion/relegation' line in their league will be in the top league next year, the others in the second league. We'll only have two leagues next year since we have fewer teams than before.

There was a tie for promotion/relegation in the TSD league! Both teams will get promoted.

The board have met and decided that parachute payments will consist of a packet of pork scratchings and a glass of dry white wine.

Positions after the 15th race of 15, Langdale

Drama as the championship goes down to the wire race and, thanks to substituting in Finlay Wild and outscoring every team, 'Gizbra Gonads' (ba-ba) overtake 'Hanging onto Past Glories' (Mrs Weetabix Power) at the final race to take the overall title!

So ba-ba: along with the Elk you win free entry to next year's Castle Carr race, if you want it. (Not that anyone has ever taken up my offer!!)

And there was similar tension for relegation: 'CSKA Coventry' (Travs) pull away from the drop with the second best score in this league, and 'Cobbled Classics' (BarryRoubaix) move up to tie with 'alexander the great' (inspector gadget) right on the relegation line. Both those teams will stay in the top league next year.

Amazingly, in all three leagues the top place changed at the final race! In the K league, thanks to Carl Bell, 'The Russians are Coming' (Lova) took the title from 'Bleaklow Bandits' (TheDarkSide).
