What a brilliant day for a wonderful race! Patches of snow, some deeper than others, gave an extra edge to the runners and the marshal team. Really enjoyed watching from around the course.
A circular route mostly downhill

Martyn that would have caused some confusion 😂 think you would have been bit faster than I was
The ascent up Eel Crag was interesting to say the least - patches of snow and ice on the steep and loose terrain made the traction pretty dodgy at times - and some walkers seemed to be coming down the route!
