Makes sence really doesnt it, if you dont let your body rest, you will hit a wall eventually.

It's that small boulder you have to step over during a race that your legs and body are unwilling to do.a wall, wot's a wall look like!
Eventually your mind overcomes the weakness in those other parts of your body but it takes a lot of will power.

Done 3hree races this week.............no training today. Played snooker instead.Won something for once.
Really nice to put the feet up once in a while. Been a busy 3 weeks with races et al. Feeling a bit pooped at the mo' so need to cut it back a bit methinks.
