Cheers Freddie. Will try a light run on Sunday/Monday if it feels okay. Last couple of years whenever Chester comes around tend to get niggly injuries.

Doing sod all today, full day of kids, was gonna go to the park on the boating lake but it looks like rain, may go anyway and get wet. Not doing the Mytholmroyd tomorrow, Fleeter?

Taking it easy after 3 days of shortish but tough runs. Meal out + (invariably) booze tonight. Might be on for a 2 hour run tomorrow, depends as we've got folk staying to the weekend. Might be "bad form" to nip off first thing Sunday!

It is absolutely glorious here. Just finished work and now going to chill out in the garden with a glass of Bucks Fizz and the newspaper with Andrea Boccelli serenading me in the background!

Im doing the same but with a cup of tea and the sound of kids pleading with me to play swingball....i have also eaten 14 Custard Creams so far
