done nothing since monday,not felt 100% but feel alot better today,going to get back into the training again tommorow
Taking it easy after 3 days of shortish but tough runs. Meal out + (invariably) booze tonight. Might be on for a 2 hour run tomorrow, depends as we've got folk staying to the weekend. Might be "bad form" to nip off first thing Sunday!
