Day 4 of not running but calf feels much better. May try a light run tomorrow.
Day two - this week of being unable to run. Sat here with my leg in an ice pack from knee to ankle trying to sort this calf strain out. Only one run in the last week not the best prep for a half mara on Sunday.
Well I've not run since Saturday and am fast becoming a right fat lazy bastard. No injury or excuses really but I think I needed a small break.
Hopefully back at it this evening though.

Today resting for my spinning class tomorrow (To those of you who think that spinning is like weaving or knitting or sumet; its actually on exercise bikes)...havent done it in a few years so i thought it would benifit my fitness. Plus the guy who leads it is a bit of a nutcase and a real fitness guru so he's ace at making you push hard.
