Eu citizens living in the EU, why would they not have a vote?
As far as the EU elections is concerned it is no different to moving cities.
You should only vote in your country or resistance.
Why should someone who does not hold residence here have a say in our affairs?

If UK, what is the process for a mainland EU citizen to get a vote? I must admit I don't know.

When you leave the country YOU forfeit your vote.
You pay taxes to the country YOU live in not your country of origin.
Oh, I see, I though you meant EU citizens living and voting in the UK.
I can only vote in the presidential election in Ireland.
I always vote in the UK, this has been my home for the last 30 years and it's future matters a great deal to me.
Incredibly, the majority of ex-pats based in Europe support Brexit. Go figure.

Off course you have turned your back on your country of origin.

We don't want people who don't contribute, live and suffer in the uk to have a say in our affairs.
