It's his behaviour that makes him a champ.
    Results don't lie.

You post results of old winners Graham but how did they behave?

Cav has faced the media like no other sprinter.

Great ride by De Gendt today. My favourite rider in the peloton and how he held on that last 20k with only a minute I don't know.
    Awesome.

    Awesome.
Top ride by De Gendt. Thomas did really well coming back from the crash. Wish I watched it live, but was doing the Baildon Canter - Tindersticks was the surprise guest.

    Great days racing.
Can anyone answer why Astana put a shift on the front?
    Brilliant live racing👍

    No.

TdeG does what TdeG always does - gets in the breakaway and hopes that one might stick. Today he got lucky but you cannot deny this guy has panache. I have nothing but admiration for him.

Great ride again from Pinot. Hopefully his time trialling has improved. G showed quality in surpass of his rivals.

Perhaps Fuglsang fancied a pop near the end and tried to drop some passengers. If he did, like the rest, he got outmanoeuvred by Pinot and Alaphilippe.

And when the peloton is down to the bare bones, there's no "train" to chase down. You could see the likes of Mollema trying on his own.

A day where GC rest and leave it to the breakaway.
