What amazes me is that Math's last record attempt was about a month ago (see higher up the thread). People talk about needing months to fully recover from a round like this. Clearly Math recovered pretty well.

    Well done Math

Rumours that Kim Collinson is in the area and planning on having a go in next few days - not that long since his 24 hour record, so yeah these top guys seem to recover quick these days

And to emphasise the point, Beth Pascall also been doing some recces allegedly

Why doesn't someone just organise a race round the PBR? Late June for maximum daylight; start at 5:00am from Capel Curig, headtorches optional.
In his lifetime he suffered from unreality, as do so many Englishmen.

Forget drones and discussing bike rides, some proper fell running going on in Wales.
Looks like a new record of around 16.20 taking about 17 minutes off the previous best.

Confirmed as 16.20.40. Amazing run in what looked like near perfect conditions. Will take some beating.

Congratulation to my Otley AC clubmate, Tom Lynch who completed this yesterday, apparently in under 24hrs.
