    To train or not?

I am mulling over whether I should take my sister out for her training session because its raining pretty heavily, however, she has a race pretty soon so I don't want her to struggle in that due to a lack of training so what should I do ?

It may be raining heavily during the race, so why not train in the rain?

And I once asked the same question to a fellow runner at Notts AC. "Are we running tonight as its pissing down?" His disdain basically said it all, followed by "You don't dissolve do you!". Since then rain or sun I run!

Just apply rule 5 (or whatever it's number is) from the book of cycling rules.

Rain does you less harm than sun, your skin is WATERPROOF so get out and enjoy.

Rule 1 Just do it whatever.

Thought there were only two rules, Rule 1 The boss is always right. Rule 2 If the boss is wrong, refer to rule 1 .
    A circular route mostly downhill
