    Moral Dilemma

    Hi everyone

I am having a dilemma regarding a recent post on lost and found. On Fairfield I found an OCT buff and hoped to reunite it with its one (careful) owner.

No replies for a bit of kit that must be dying to get out on the fells 😁. Clearly I cannot use it and nor can it go to charity - what then?

Frame it and give it a snappy title, then let the organisers auction it for charity next year.

Carefully form a spiral out of an old coathanger and then slide the buff over it. Voila, a hamster tunnel!

Mother S uses such items amongst other things as dusters. I will never forget the look on my now wife's face at meeting my old ma whilst beavering away with the Mr Sheen and an old pair of my step-dad's Y fronts. War mentality - make do and mend - though I assume Greta would now also approve.

Serious suggestion - why not give it to someone who has done OCT in exchange for a donation to your local MRT

Cheers everyone - liking the suggestions 😁

@ PeteS - that’s a cool idea and Kendal MRT would definitely welcome donations
