    Eyesight, I’ve just noticed that my toes are at the exact distance where I can’t see to cut my toenails with my contact lenses in, if I take them out I can’t see my toes at all arrrghhh the frustration

    Are toenails wasted on the young? They certainly don't seem to serve any useful purpose on a fell runner.

    I have all of mine at present but they are slightly dirty, sort of grimy like a mechanics hands :-)

    They've mostly never worked in their lives but need a year off.

    I think at 54, a year of would be a better idea
