The older I get the Faster I was
Good point John, it has the makings of a cracking championship and I wouldn't like to predict the end result. Other than I don't see a grand slam coming and the final result may be down to tries scored and bonus points; would say it is between France, Ireland, Scotland, England.
As a Wales supporter I have little to say at this point in time, other than things could get better and hopefully will!
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.
My view on Wales was that Ireland set off like a house on fire and never let up which left us chasing shadows all game.
I predict that they'll send Scotland packing with their bagpipes between their legs next weekend.
And by the way, not all bad for Wales. Guto Harri will sort out No 10, Downing Street.
Visibility good except in Hill Fog
Yes. Hmm. Waited for ages and spent a small fortune to get a debenture at the millennium only for Wales to go into a tailspin of awfulness. At least the other celts are holding their end up!!

That debenture was worth waiting for Wheeze
Decided to travel to Mid- Wales to watch the rugby, not at the Principality with Wheeze though, and as Friday was such a lovely day I called in at Cilcain and did a recce of the Clwydian Sheeptracks. I briskly walked the route as the calf is still not right, especially on the downhills.
Surprisingly I've not visited the Clwydian Hills before and what a treat they were. It'll be a tough race and I'm glad I have visited on a clear day to get a good picture of the lie of the land as some of those checkpoints could be hard to find in the clag. My only quandary is the route between CP 1 and 2. I followed the ridge up to the summit and then dropped down to CP2. A more straightforward route than going into the forestry but more ascent. I'll decide on the day depending on the weather and if everyone else goes into the forestry I'll probably follow!
Just over 12 miles, 3,079 feet in 3hrs 55min.
As for the rugby, pride restored, but I did worry that Dan Biggar had made the wrong choice by opting for the drop goal and not going wide.
