    Covid 19 advice

I guess we should start a thread for organisers regarding this. I'm the organiser of the Kinder Downfall scheduled for 26th April this year. I notice that the Fellsman is understandably cancelled this year on the same weekend. I've not made any decision to cancel as yet but am prepared to do so if needed.
Any accurate and considered updates and information people can post may be helpful to ROs. My other half has forbidden me to panic buy fell shoes unfortunately...

The FRA are posting about this on Facebook, but not here on the forum. There is official advice from EAA and FRA guidance over there.

Cheers Dave, well I hope they post something on here too. Not everyone uses Facebook.

And unless I'm mistaken this is the official FRA forum, Facebook has no such official status and long may it remain so.

this is the official FRA forum, Facebook has no such official status
Which is why it's disappointing that the Committee don't seem to think it worthwhile posting here....

I would have thought disseminating information was the most important consideration

    indeed.
Nothing on the FRA website, either.

I assume the facebook take is a placeholder quickly put in pace in light of the champs race this weekend.
I would assume that behind the scenes a more official line is being drawn up and it will be published on the website in due course. All other notifications go on the website so I assume it is in the works.

As an RO for Llantysilio next week, I wouldn't have located the information without the comments here.
