10.03 miles, 1,882 feet, 3 hours 9 minutes: Loughrigg trails from/to Rothay Bridge, including along the Under Loughrigg Road to Rydal Water, then Loughrigg Terrace, Deerbolts Woods, Loughrigg top, and descending down past the old golf club. Initially overcast and drizzly, but it cleared up considerably, and when I finished there was sunshine, blue sky, and clouds mainly above the high tops. A strong wind from the south west. Terrain saturated/streaming/slippery - those puddles and rivulets are back. Very few walkers about; 2 runners seen.

11.3 miles, 2,553 feet, 3 hours 17 minutes: Wansfell, but not to the Pike - the highest I got to was the 3 way junction at 1,100 feet. I took in the Roman Ruins, Borrans Park, Stagshaw Gardens, High Skelghyll, Skelghyll Lane, Mirk Lane, Wain Lane, Holbeck Lane, Low Wood, High Skelghyll, 3 way junction, Blue Hill Woods and Lane, Stock Ghyll Lane. A mixture of sunshine, blue sky, and clouds mainly above the tops. A cold breeze from the south west. A few minutes of drizzle. The tarmac was mainly dry, but elsewhere the ground was wet/saturated/streaming/slippery. Very few walkers about; 1 runner seen.
