7 miles, 69 minutes: around town, Roman Ruins, Rothay Park. Not a run that would normally be enjoyable - there would be far too much traffic. Constant mizzle, but not cold.
8.69 miles, 3,133 feet, 2 hours 23 minutes: Wansfell Pike three times - from front/side/back. About a dozen on the fell. No obvious campers, but some of those back packs are huge. Rain overnight, and more forecast, but good running at the moment.
8.13 miles, 801 feet, 77 minutes: Drunken Duck loop. Remains quiet - will be interesting to see what the weekend has in store for us.
12k walk around Willow Valley GC with my sons.
Drizzled a little but a great family afternoon by all.
I went fishing, flipping knackered.
May head for the Lounge and lie to all about what I caught
Don't roll with a pig in poo. You get covered in poo and the pig likes it.
What did you actually catch though?
I’ll be honest- best I’ve had this week was an eel. (Safely released)
8 local miles. Strange brown slippery stuff underfoot. Not used to this, may have to start using fell shoes again.
Local fishery the owner wanted me to remove a lot of smaller fish for another lake, he gave me a keepnet so I kept chucking them in. After I got home he phoned me to say there was 50lb of good roach and rudd in there, I was amazed. That didn't include the bigger fish and tench which went straight back in the pond.

8 miles, 2,100 feet, 1 hour 55 minutes: Wansfell Ridge. About a dozen on the fell; car park at Waterhead half full - the most cars I have seen there since March. Jolly humid - still wore my gloves!
