    Blood Pressure Monitor

Just purchased one from the chemist with the money I've saved on stella.

Done 3 readings for an average and came in at 119/83 & pulse of 66bpm

Then read I should wait until first thing in the morning or mid evening.

I'm fairly happy with the reading for a 58 yr old 2 stone over weight, unfit bloke.

Be nice to lower it with a bit of weight loss and a little more biking.

By all means keep/get fit, and lose weight, but that BP is fine.
