What sleeping mat do you use?
Do Rab still make the top bag, which would pass kit check but had no insulation in the bottom?

    Ba-ba - do you use bubble wrap/balloon bed/modern thermarest?

I remember seeing Jim Mann’s bag at the ROC once and it was 4litres?! Do you have the same approach?

I carry the bigger bag, weight fairly even across both though.
Balloon beds are a waste of time, but entertaining to hear others' pop through the evening. Laminate floor underlay works well.
