    Lockdown Health

So. What has lockdown done for your health?
To my great surprise I've lost 10lb in weight. Combined with a pretty good tan and a lockdown goatee I'm feeling quite different.

Just gone up half a stone.

But gone from 30mg to 20mg on my antidepressants.
    And still feel great.

Been also averaging 50 to 60k weekly on my bike.

Tan is also coming on nicely.

    Lost about 6 lbs.
Eating a little better, although I didn't do so bad anyway.
Gone from 3-4 runs a week 15-20 miles, to a walk or run every day bar about 4-5. Runs are still short but walks with Mrs WP typically 2-4 hours.

Downside, I get up in the morning and can hardly walk

Takes me a while to free up.

Trying to make the most while I can and then review when wife is fully back at work which looks like tomorrow.

    Mileage has rocketed.
Pace doesn't appear to have followed the same trend!
Weight the same though... i assume i'm eating a little more whilst at home and training twice daily.
Tan looking good by my standards (i.e not ghostly white!)

    Certainly much happier.

    It's like practicing for retirement.

I've throughly enjoyed my time off.

    Long my it continue.
