Had some great runs with the BNFL crew.
Daleside indeed was, and still is, a lovely lass. She lives in Holmfirth now so haven’t seen her for a few years except on Zoom. She still runs but not sure if she races, but then, who does at the moment.
The legend that is Amex is doing another charity challenge in September. This will entail cycling between Britains highest peaks before scaling said peaks. If anyone fancies joining him he's walking up Snowden on the 19th Sep, Scafell Pike on the 26th. He is starting with the Ben on the 5th & then Slieve Donard on the 12th.
If you want further details give me or him a shout.
