In my new life as a Personal Trainer I find it useful to ask clients what they would consider their 'perfect body image', we then both know what we are working towards.
I would be interested in the views Forumites as to whom they consider has the perfect athletic body (particularly female), this would then give me some examples for clients who are struggling to come up with an image.
