Yes, it was taken from Benbecula looking South. Hecla on the left is just below 2000ft, and Beinn Mhor on the right is just above. The road at the front is less than 10 metres altitude, and they both descend into the sea behind

Bizarrely it was taken from the Co-op car-park at Creagorry, and below is how it appears on Google's streetview

I have to admit to both climbing Hecla and visiting said co-op which I seem to remember having a surprisingly well stocked bakery.

Wild, long shot. View of the northern Snowdonia range taken from somewhere on the north Anglesey coast!!!

And I did wonder if the phrase "Oh and meet Harry the border collie" isn't some sort of convoluted, obscure (aren't they all) cryptic clue just to add a more formidable challenge

Looks to me like the view south to the Lleyn peninsula from the coast just south of Aberffraw on Anglesey

It’s Snowdonia from Anglesey alright, so well done with that Mossdog and Marco. Nobody’s got the proper location though.

Clue: it’s easily the most beautiful and stunning spot in Anglesey and up there in our top three or four for the whole of Wales

Rhosneigr? Or maybe that's too far to the west. Newborough warren?
