    Recovery after hospitalisation

    Hello all

Having just left hospital following a bit over 2 weeks being bed-bound from Weil's Disease, I'm looking for advice on making a speedy recovery to get back running and working (self-employed climbing arborist) as soon as possible. Normally I weigh around 70kg but was down to 61.5kg a week ago when I was discharged. Continued blood tests show that my kidney function is pretty well normal now but my liver is still recovering. All dietary and strength training tips greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    Hodge

None from me, sorry. I suspect it's going to be specific to you and your disease. Don't overdo it, but have a goal in mind.

Never mind, cheers anyway. Rats do have a lot to answer for, but so do I. Next time I'll think twice before drinking from a suspect water source, even if it does come out of a tap.
