Excellent fun. Very pleasant weather conditions, I really enjoyed the descending, and got a shirt! Top choice for the marshalls' uniforms - the ultimate 'fatboy' himself. A big "thangyaverrymuch" to the organisers.

Does anyone know if/where the results/times might be found on the internets?

You must have just pipped me Alan, My first attempt, I came in just over the 50.00, didn't expect a t shirt with such a big field.

Had a shocker on the climb but from there I flew downhill.

Agree with you re:marshalls, crackin job and well organised.

The results wiil be in on the Hathersage site as soon as possible and also on the FRA results site ASAP.

I can't believe there are postings here before I am back from the pub, or maybe I can....

Oh goody - first fell race after an injury, I deliberately didn't time myself, and so have no idea what time I did.

Belated thanks to the organising team for an excellent event and first rate marshalling.

    Stanage Struggle

Just a quick plug for the Stanage Struggle, Sun 21st Sept. Details at:

    www.stanagestruggle.co.uk

Slight route change this year to avoid the sensitive area around Denis Knoll, probably a few hunderd yards longer for those looking for a PB.

That diversion ought to shake up the old bones! Looking forward to it.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention the booby-trapped puddles on the top, think I should change my name to Dr Foster after this evening's efforts.
