    Thanks Noel it is going to have to be an e-kit because music should be played loud in my book and headphones are essential as far as I am concerned, as I have nothing down for winding up my neighbours.

    We have an old Yamaha kit at school (I’m a music teacher) that has taken some thrash over the years and still works fine (mostly).
    We’ve been doing lots of body-percussion in these Covid times as we cannot teach in our usual music rooms or sing. I would have to say the improvements of coordination are astounding. Getting all students to use hands and feet at the same time has been a great leap, but will pay off when we go back to ‘normal’.
    It is an excellent brain and body warm up!

    Well I picked the above kit up today and am looking forward to assembling it tomorrow and maybe starting on the road drumming heaven maybe`
