    any one taking part on saturday, this is my first venture over this distance

    Yup, I'll be there.... looking forward to it. Recce'd the route over the Bank Holiday weekend and it's a classic... Most of the best bits of the Peak District wrapped up in one tiny package ;-)

    I plan to be there also. Another jaunt around the Peak, let's hope for a cool clear day.

    Forecast at the moment is for sunny, around 17 degrees and a v. light NE wind - pretty good, I'd say!

    I'm doing it. Just done my last run beforehand and recce'd the new Cadster Farm diversion.

    I'll be there but not running this year. See you all at the start and at points on route. I'll try to have the jellybabies at hand.

    JB,
    Not a massive fan, probably as I'm use to the old route and it seems a little easier to run. It was fast running to the road and then a simple climb to Eccles Road. The new route appears to be a little more complicated than that.
