Thank you kindly, they do come around with monotonous regularity as one gets older.
When I was a kid I seemed to be waiting years for my next birthday and presents, now, no sooner is one over and the next seems to come along 🙁.

Returning from my few days fishing trip and catching up, yes the Towy Bridge pub is open though limited days and hours. The Oak is shut now but they are a lost cause.
It is such difficult times (again) the Towy Bridge looks lovely and they have made such an effort for us all, we walked round for a pint or two this evening but bare bones of customers. So sad with everyone scared senseless and cowering at home.
I do wonder where our age group are going and the balance between us and the younger generations that are the future.
Ultimately they matter more than us.

Sorry to hear that Moley. How close is the Towy Bridge? Cant be as convenient as the Oak, which was literally staggering distance!

The Towy Bridge is 11/2 miles, a nice walk to work up a thirst and just about manageable after an excess - as I have proven on more than one occasion!
The Oak is a disaster, the landlady and partner haven't a clue, totally work shy and fallen out with near every local in the village. General opinion is sooner they go the better.
When you see a potential good business being run so badly it is depressing as the right people could have a good living there.

Hmmm....maybe something for Mole Enterprises? You'd fit a whacking nuclear reactor in the beer cellar!

Risky, you don't want to fallout with the neighbours.
