    Thanks Pete.

Some great Pics there, next time stand down hill of me so I can finally have one of me running! :-)

Probably see you at the Pen race as I'm not doing the Rhinogs, as it clashes with football, but I can do the Pen race and then play as long as we aren't playing someone like Barmouth that weekend.

    Cheers

Great organisation again today from Yiannis and the gang! Four soup options, the cakes were fantastic and the whole atmosphere was brilliant. This is a classic rough and tough fell race!

Photos already there from Alastair! www.wfra.org.uk - what a contrats to the finely manicured lawns of Eirias Park at Colwyn Bay for yesterday's cross country. Lots of today's runners did both and they all had a much better run today!

    Re: Arenig Fawr

Thanks for the photos - it's great to have some evidence that I've run in my first fell race .

Thanks also to everyone who made me feel welcome and helped me relax; to Yiannis for organising the race and explaining the route; the marshalls and Teamdolly for encouraging me and telling me I was doing well as I dragged myself round the course; and the ladies who revived me with tea and yummy cakes .

I couldn't match real names to forum names unfortunately or I would have introduced myself to more of you - sorry .

Anyway, this won't be my last fell race. Penmaenmawr next

By the way, I'm glad I hadn't realised this before I entered!

Louisa - Congratulations on your first fell race!
you certainly picked a "doozy" didn't you!
I did this one last year, but I had done a couple of other shorter ones first to prepare me for the shock!
