Having read most of the previous page's and not got an answer.
Can someone please tell me the route so I can take a copy of my map with my bearings added.
    Thank you.

Looking forward to this one on Saturday.
Had a go at putting together a printer-friendly map.

Just need to make sure I copy the route across correctly
Do you know the Muffin Man?

    Re: Scafell Pike

What a great race - so low key - apart from some slippery rocks near the top it was all straight forward; great flapjacks at the finish. Shame so few ran it, but if too many turned up it would cease to be what it is. Congratulations to those at the front, and thanks to the ROs/marshals.
