    Saltergate Gallows

Anyone from Leeds planning on doing Saltergate Gallows. I was going to camp over Sat night but could do with just going for the day really. Its not far from Goathland, on the main Whitby Rd near the Hole of Horcum

Obviously happy to share petrol costs

Hi A.P.E, think we all got lost, I dropped too early then bashed back through bracken to a track (and the people who were a few minutes behind me)
Nearly came a cropper flying down the steps trying to overtake everyone.
Enjoyed it tho' & just managed to scrape team prize.

    Evening nee bother,
You realy must start listening to Dave,s Health and safety "Risk Assesment"s at the start of the races
He did say it was advisable not to run down the steps !!

Hello A.P.E., No I didnt get across to do it. I did Withins Skyline instead ,a bit more local and easier to get to. It was a lovely clear day on Haworth Moor. I gather it was a bit misty over on the North Yorkshire Moors.
