    I'm sure we can sort something out!

    May be able to use the Community centre again, this would mean another couple of miles added to the distance!!

    hey...what's a couple of miles between us ultra distance dudes??? (I can say that now being an 'official 'ultra' marathon babe!!!!)

    I think you should get a tattoo Emmilou UB 'Ultramarathon Babes run further' or Ultramarathon babes do it longer ????

    I go with the back to back 4 hours or so runs once a month as prep for 50 miles / 100k
    Hoping for a far more successful 2009
