Is any forumites doing the natterjack 10k tomorrow 21 October at Victoria Park Southport? If okay I am thinking of doing it otherwise I will be on photo duties. Its a good course for a 10k PB.
Still been taking the running easy this week don't want the hip injury to flare up again.

It wasnt a good course for a PB in 2005 Pinno. I have done it for the last 2 years but wont be there tomorrow
Looks like the tide was high in 2005.
I've just decided I don't trust you anymore.
I ran there last year - 3 x 2 mile laps - very windy day and lots of twists and turns on the course. The main problem though was crowds of really slow runners (>1hr15) being lapped by the front runners even after 2 laps. Not for me this year!

Great day for a race done in glorious sunshine. It had a chaotic start and a bit of a botched up finish for a race that attracted about 600-700 runners.
I decided to take photos and give my hip injury another few days rest before I start pounding the roads again.
