    Bladder mouthpiece clogging?

Anyone any issues using powder based sports drinks (SIS,etc) from a bladder with it clogging up the mouthpiece? Am planning on using PSP22 on the TOP but am concerned it may clog the mouthpiece and leave me carting 2kg of liquid around for 17 miles without any of the advantages. I could trial it I suppose but if I don't get around to it any feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry I can't answer your question Ady but why carry 2 litres anyway?
I took about 1250 ml on Tuesday and had more than 500 ml left at the end!

Will prob take just over a litre - I finished quite well hydrated yesterday instead of the usual mouth like an Arab's sandal.

mix up the powder in a 500ml water bottle and then add to the bladder and then top up with however much liquid you need.

That was my plan but just wondering if the stickiness of the solution combined with a few granules of undissolved powder would affect the mouthpiece?

Got TOTALLY the wrong idea about the nature of this thread: Re: Bladder mouthpiece......
I'm sure I was born without one.
I have evidently lost the plot after 3 weeks of not running!

has always worked for me.. plus bouncing up and down on your back does a great mixing job.

if you can mix the stuff at home the use a little hot water, that disolves it really well then you can top up with cold.
