    Very tempted, although it does clash with Arsenal v MU on tele.
    Biriani for endurance, pathia for speed.

    You may be pleasd to know that I am back and raring to go - if anything I seem to be running too fast on my short (less than 40 min) training runs during the evenings...... Are you doing "Race to the Summit" ?........
