I've done absolutely s*d all running out here save the odd sprint now and againThe list of runners is now almost at race length so I'm looking for a bit of reassurance that since I will be badly acclimatised (its still 40 deg + here) and have few miles in the tank will there be anybody to talk to so far behind the pack?
My conversation's not up to much but there are some interesting insect bite scars and webbing burns I'm willing to show round if that helps
and i dont even drink alcohol so its not like im breaking the law however i will be enjoying my own bg round of all the takeaways in keswick

Far too much piss taking goes on to allow running to get in the way
Like MG, I can always find my way back; no need to be looked after but I do get lonely. Especially on the long winter nights just before the festive season.
Thanks for the pm about webbing burns Tom - not that kind of webbing though I'm afraid. Nice idea though, keep it up.
