    Stop press stop press:
    In planning the route this year i on sat decided with Mrs Amex to have a look round OMG yes there are hills up and down bits flat bits beautiful cottages dancing becks but i never planned this on route.
    Now i am not Stolly so the quality is not good but!!!!

    Total distance 15 KM height 1031m est time 3-4 hours now for gods sake lets stop this ranting on about pace we will not be going fast in fact we go so slow it's an embarrassment, no one absolutely no one must worry about pace in fact if anybody wants to run fast run Else where!
