How does one find out the 'cut of 'times for events like the fairfield and wasdale etc?

Wasdale cutoff times are on the CFRA site. Go to "our calendar" and then "more info" on the Wasdale race. Fairfield details are here on the Ambleside AC site. No cut off times as far as I know.

How does one find out the 'cut of 'times for events like the fairfield and wasdale etc?

Usually it's only Long category races which have "cut off times". To find out the "cut off times" for a specific event first check in the FRA Calendar to see if the event has a website and look there. If there isn't a website or the information isn't there contact the organiser, details in the Calendar.
