Is anyone up for a run/trot in the lakes, I'll be looking at about 5-6hours. It will be at BG pace and Ill probably get in some of the BG route although not sure which yet

I can't make this W/E Jamie and I'm going to Scotland I hope the week after for a Ramsey recce not for me though.
