    Shouldn't it be 'incapable of ' and not 'incapable at' though?

    That is brilliant. I'm definitely one of those who's learned the most from my own stupidity and I'm trying to instill that same sense of um.. stupidity into my children too

    Been away for a few days, so might have missed a bit of the discussions but.....

    I can't help feeling that if it had been a group activity ie scouts/school/club etc the focus would've been on criticising the group....but because it was family outing (I think) the focus has been elsewhere ie not on the family. The family have lost a loved one so I'm sure they don't need the criticism (and I assume journos are not so callous as to criticise at such a point) so they have to find another angle - the risk assessment/avoidance one.
