Well i am amazed at the response so far well done, the first 4 or so suggestions will go in the poll not sure about MR cos i give that all my time and money now!
But we will see how the poll goes.
Jamie no if i put on i will change my user name to FB!
I will join my local WW hop on the scales and bust them! then they can weigh me each week and all i will do is report the findings.
I have not set a time scale should i?? the avg weight loss should be 1-2lbs per week, but we have Christmas to get over that's 2 weeks no more than 1-2 per week because it will just pile back on.
so in summery
FB (amex) will join WW do i have to put up what weight i am? i will do my up most to loose weight and you kind lot will give a tad of money to charity to inspire me the charity will be decided by a poll x

That's a deal if i put weight on i will run in a dress stockings and suspenders & a pink Thong in the 3 peaks next April and you and Emmilou can put makeup on me!
SO that's the cut off date 3 peaks next April me in a dress suspenders oh and a pony vest certain things have to be worn!
