Thinking of doing a long run from Cilcain to include the loop, with two goes at the final descent.

Myself and Mr Piglet are walking with friends in Snowdonia the day before and taking this in on the way back as it would be rude not to. Never done a female only start before though!!

Think my wife is running, but she still hasn't entered. I may come along but had a 53 miler this weekend so can't see me racing.
