I have run a full system scan using Norton and it has come up with:
"Hacktool - cannot be removed from an unsupported file."
Anyone know how I can get rid of it as my computer does seem a little bit slow at the moment?
I have tried to remove it in "safe mode" but no joy!

Download Spybot Search and Deystroy (a free spyware scanner) and try that. Spybot
