    lakes trainin camp nxt weekend

I understand there are still places to be had on this training camp.

It's Triathlon based so not much use if you don't swim or bike. But I know there are budding Triathletes out there. I'm not involved in the organisation btw, although i do often end up guiding the faster cyclists round the lakeland backroads. Wouldnt catch me swimming either, have enough trouble off wife since i resumed cycling recently.

    Maybe see you there then?

Reading your title, I thought you were meaning one of these:-

But I think there would be enough to do on a triathlon weekend without any of this other shenanigans.

(and yes I had to get my dictionary out to spell shenanniwatsits!)
Fitness can't be stored. It must be earned over and over, indefinitely.

I do like the comment by the police surveillence team:

Sounds just like a fell race to me.

Are there many fell races where the competitors appear to be running randomly? This could confuse the police?

We tend to largely ignore the terrorists now. It's ever since that time when they didn't hold open a gate as we were fast approaching. No fell etiquette.
