    Merry xmas from Chico

    I love christmas I do.

But in December, not bloody November.

Today in Carlisle, Chico (off of X factor last year) turned on the town centre lights. Not that i went along to see him mind you, I read in the paper he was coming and saw the lights as I drove the Mrs mum home after tea.
Its just ridiculous it's all too soon. All Christmastesque stuff should be banned Jan - Nov. Then, come Dec 1st, bring it on Wizard, Pogues/K Mcoll, snow, bells, Scrooge, Aled Jones etc etc.

Come on Bestathlete it should be Christmas all year round (without Chico). Tracey thinks I think it is. Just suggested we have some Xmas music on whilst working on the computer I don't care if its only November.

I also made the suggestion that we should go to Lapland before Xmas for a few days, but she said we can't this year as she is going to see 'Take That' with her friends. Looks like it will have to be next year then, mind you the little Harry will be another year older....

Is there a joke about "only coming once a year" buried in there somewhere?

Think yourself lucky mate. At the switch on of the lights in Lancaster yesterday we had to put up with 6 year old Connie Talbot who apparantly won the nations hearts when appearing on 'Britains Got Talent'. She didnt win many hearts yesterday with her rendition of I'm dreaming of a white christmas
