I'll be looking at the results carefully AG, see if that training is paying dividends (no pressure then )

Not expecting too much, before christmas. 33:30 is a realistic target for Sun I think.

The starting bottleneck should be resolved as it will now start in front of the town hall. Also you do not enter Kirkstall Abbey grounds, just do a u-turn on Kirkstall road where the drinks station will be. Should make for faster times.
    I'm marshalling outside the Abbey.

They have moved the start to outside the Town Hall, so a big wide start point which will then hopefully move without major bottlenecks onto Kirkstall Road. Was hoping to run the route before work one morning this week but not sure if I will make it now given diary - but there will be at least one Fell Pony vest on show, two if mine arrives.

Ive just got a cancellation thru chapel a - so i'll be there - (running in bright tennis lawn green!) I'll be running incognito - as i'll have the name of the person's entry I'm taking so noone can spy on my results! and I'll not be telling you his name - actually I dont know it - so i wont even be in on the secret either!

Bus I think - but it is all downhill isn't it! Although don't forget, your jog speed is my sprint finish. Anyway it'll all be over by 10.30, time for a trip up Ilkley Moor afterwards perhaps? Glass of champagne at the Radisson?
