    Did 37.20 chip time, PB by 50 seconds. Had been hoping for sub 37 when I entered but as haven't run more than 20 miles a week for some time with plantar fasciitis, was very happy with my time. 5 consecutive years of running this race and faster every year at age 41, long may it last!

    Noticed U18 FRA Junior Champs 2010 Marc Scott run 30:03 - cracking time - a lot to come from him.

    I did 41:08. A bit slower than I've done in the past but been struggling with a niggling calf injury so quite pleased.

    I managed a below target 35.58, the old man flu beat me on the day so will have to try for a pb at wesham now, yet another weekend off the fells :angry:

    Aye, I was shouting "encouragement" at the 5k point. Got my racing fix in the afternoon doing the WYXC at shipley. Just a tiny bit hiller than the Dash.

    Not too bad - full team out from Abbey and 77th - roughly where I expect to be on an average day looking at those around me.
