Thought I was running well, then Potto and Roger came past me, like I was jogging backwards. I didn't want the indignity of being passed by any small balding middle aged men, so I managed to keep ahead of DS
Proper XC course, muddy enough to have me on my arse a couple of times, and you couldn't complain about the marking. If you need tape for the 3 peaks, there's about 24 miles of it draped around Wilson's Fields.
Still not sure how you managed it Stan. Shame you'll be too old next year for me to get me own back!
Marcel's going to take my place next year.
And i'll be running against the old codgers, i mean the vet 40's.

He's soft. He'd only be moaning about too much mud and rain
So it's the final Red Rose at Marl Pits this weekend. At least there shouldn't be much rain this week, but I can imagine the course will be as muddy as ever.

Well, I imagine that myself and Disco Stan will be battling it out with the Wabbit. Will Danbert be showing us his new found form on this gently undulating, and mainly grassy course?
