    Ribble Valley 10K

    Hi Everyone,
Maybe not the race to appeal to many of you, but the route is picturesque, and it's the best 10K PB course around.

    http://www.blackburnharriers.co.uk/b...ex.htm~content

    Link for entry above.

Some of the best prize money around and some of the best quality racing in the North-West.

Course Records Thomas Abyu 29:33, Helen Clitheroe 32:20

2005 Top 20 Men under 32 mins - with our Fell guys Andi Jones, Rob Hope and Tom Cornthwaite all mixing it in there (I was a bit further down the field!).

    I have half entered this
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running

Entries going well and over 700 now - looks like you can stay make an entry online, but if you plan to enter on the day, get there early.

Nice to meet you last weekend Witton Park. Not to be funny (and i promise that I'm not taking the piss) but if a fell pony was to enter would we be classed as unattached? I'm due to land back in English waters at 7am that morning, so long as the boat arrives on time, so its cutting it fine......but if its going to be possible I'd definately be up for this.

In theory you can but down anything - lot's of people put their local gym down as their club but these are unafiliated to the NOEAA and as such you should pay the extra pound or 2 levy. I think the main reason people put down any old club is to not pay any extra and I would suspect in most cases this works.................?

Noticed already RR - looks like there will be a bit of competition from Tony Ford and I'm expecting a good run from our lad Aaron Hargreaves. Probably be one or two significant late entries as well.
A day like today would be perfect for a few sub 30m runs.
